Here's How It Works

A unique service I provide my clients are full-length home video tours. This is great for those moving in from out of state, those who work odd hours, and those who travel frequently.

Simply complete the form to the right and I will be notified of your request. Within 1 - 2 days (depending on my workload), I will walk through the home with a video camera and upload it. I will then send you a private link to watch at your convenience. It's the next best thing to being there.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Due to security and privacy concerns, I must obtain permission from the homeowner or their representative to video their home before I can send it to you. On occasion they say "no". Obviously, I will not be able to send you a video tour in that case.

Also, this service is only available to those who are working with me to purchase a home. If we are not currently working together, send me the video request and in the message box let me know that you would like for us to work together. I would love to help you find a great home in Wash Park and I think you'll have a great experience.
